The Certified Flourishing Coach Model™ is evidence-based and practitioner focused, meaning that it is based on science and psychology. “Evidence-based” describes an approach to medicine, education, and other disciplines that emphasizes the practical application of the findings of the best available current research. Essentially, it means that a concept or practice is supported by a large amount of scientific research.
So, when we describe the Flourishing Coaching Model™ as evidence-based, we mean that we are taking the best available current research around people, change, and specifically how people flourish, and practically applying it with a coaching lens.

One of the greatest myths is that coaches do most of the talking. They don’t. They spend the majority of their time LISTENING and asking great questions that lead their clients to the answer they are looking for. If you’re a great listener, you would be a great coach!
Coaches see opportunities where others see obstacles. They empathize with their clients and where they are at, but they are also able to move them to see past limitations to possibilities. If you have a way about you that sees solutions to problems, you would be amazing at this!
Great coaches know how to listen to their inner voice. They are intuitive and reflective. They know they don’t have all the answers but look for a way to find them. They are committed to their own personal growth and move others towards a growth mindset as well.

LIVE Instruction with a
Our curriculum is taught by our most experienced mentors LIVE, not canned and recorded. You can attend our training in-person, or interact live with the group from the comfort of your home or office.
One-on-One
Once you’ve completed the live sessions, you will be matched with a CFLC mentor for a 60-minute follow-up call to discuss your goals and how to best apply what you’ve learned to your life, and answer any questions you may have about next steps.
