Here’s a little bit about me: I’ve spent my career aligning human potential with strategic growth. Decades in graphic design and marketing. Years developing leaders across many different industries. I have a deep commitment to helping people stop blending in and start showing up as themselves.

I’ve coached executives, built brands, led teams, and run my own business. I’m deeply passionate about a lot of things but my life circles back to these two repeatedly: coaching people and creative design.

I’ve built my work on one belief: people + businesses flourish when we stop focusing on what’s broken and start building from what’s strong. The strongest leaders and the best businesses and brands are built on the same foundation: knowing who you are and having the courage to show it.
