To be honest, I've felt that way for most of my life. I feel it even more as I'm getting older and sometimes I find myself wondering if I've reached that point where it's too late to see the dreams I have become a reality. I've had many dreams and I've often felt like I'm on the sideline watching, waiting, wondering if I'll ever see what's in my heart come to fruition. It's not like I haven't done 'stuff' or that I haven't worked hard, studied, trained or reinvented myself over the years, it's just that I seem to always be playing catch up on the dream I have.

As we begin a new year I am praying and believing that 2025 is the year I get to make those dreams more and more of a reality. It's my time. Which means it's your time too. Yep, there's some work to do, some things to get disciplined about and maybe even some things to let go of but it’s time to get off the bench and step into my highest and best performance—personally, professionally, and everything in between.

The reality is I can't do my dream by myself, I need people like you to help me along my journey, just like you need people like me to help you. Let's do 2025 together and in 12 months we can look back and see deeper connection, more fulfillment and greater success in our lives, families and whatever we put or hands to in 2025.
